Renewing Lives, Inspiring Hope:
In 2023, Baluarte Congo emerged as a ray of hope amidst adversity. With a steadfast vision, we acquired a plot of land to construct the Baluarte School, situated in the heart of Goma, with the mission to embrace 300 children in a refugee camp. Our actions transcend mere words; they become stories of courage, resilience, and rejuvenation.
From Desolation to Hope:
On our journey through Goma, we encountered thousands of orphaned children, victims of the scars of war. The impact of these encounters led to an unwavering commitment. Thus, the Baluarte Orphanage was born—a sanctuary for shattered souls, a home for those who have lost everything. Where others see despair, we envision opportunity.
Healing and Resilience:
From trauma emerges determination. Today, we are guardians to 65 children, aged 2 to 8. With a dedicated team and a robust framework, we seek to provide not only shelter but also reintegration and emotional recovery. These children have witnessed indescribable horrors, yet they also demonstrate the survival strength that resides within them.

Our partnership with the UN goes beyond collaboration; it is a synergy of efforts to build a dignified future for these children. Together, we chart a path of light where darkness once prevailed.
